Insuresoft Recognized as a Challenger in the 2020 Gartner Magic Quadrant for P&C Core Platforms, North America report

How Digital Transformation and Customer Care has Driven Success

Insuresoft, a Volaris Insurance business and a leading provider of policy, billing, claims and analytics modules for property and casualty insurance providers, was positioned by Gartner as a Challenger in the 2020 Magic Quadrant for P&C Core Platforms, North America.[1] Gartner is the world’s leading analyst firm, producing data on emerging technology and trends within the insurance industry.

The Gartner Magic Quadrant evaluations provide a fact-based, independent analysis of a company’s completeness of vision, as well as its ability to execute. We sat down with Insuresoft’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Josh Hall to get his thoughts on what this recognition by Gartner means to the company.

“We are incredibly excited to be recognized by Gartner as a Challenger. We believe that being recognized in the Magic Quadrant means that our industry’s leading influencers and decision-makers are gaining access to our organization’s information,” says Hall.

Insuresoft’s vision is to provide the core engine that helps its clients protect what matters. To execute on this vision, the company has focused heavily on implementing new technology to support its clients, regularly reviewing internal processes and investing heavily in developing its people.

“As we look at our growth goals and trajectory, our commitments to customer care and advancing the business of insurance has been our primary responsibility,” Hall added.

Hall stated that he believes this recognition by Gartner also speaks to the success Insuresoft has seen under Volaris Insurance, which has provided knowledge and experience, as well as promoted collaboration and best practice sharing amongst the full portfolio of companies. This support has enabled Insuresoft to drive digital transformation, including its application programming interface (API), which allows for seamless integration with data providers and vendors to provide strong customer experiences.

“Being a part of Volaris has brought in a wealth of experience that we are leveraging in every facet of our business. Since the acquisition, we’re looking at our business differently and through the lens of data. By leveraging new metrics, we have gained a more fluid way to manage our operations as we execute on our vision.”

Looking forward, Hall said that he is excited to continue driving impactful and innovative digital transformation within the insurance technology industry, as they continue to focus on supporting their clients’ needs.
